Program updates
Pre-approval required on all projects: Beginning January 1, 2020, pre-approval is required on
all projects. Pre-approval means that a project application must be submitted in good order and receive a pre-approval letter before construction begins.
Custom project applications: Custom project applications will require a new document as part of the submission. This will be required for pre-approval beginning January 1, 2020. This will be a custom sheet that provides our engineering team background information and estimated savings associated with the custom project.
