Help Your Customers Get Recognized!

As part of our Excellence in Energy Efficiency Program, we’re getting ready to mail our next batch of badges to your customers. Bronze, silver, or gold badges are earned by completing energy efficiency projects. Customers can show off their commitment to energy efficiency by displaying them on the window of their business and on their website.

Please encourage your customers to send us a selfie with their badge so we can share their story online. Customers may also have the opportunity to have their energy-efficient business featured on a billboard—details will be available in August. Customer Walk-In Visits Starting Soon

In order to support your sales efforts, we will soon conduct drop-in visits with business customers to promote both the Direct Discount and Distributor Instant Discount (Midstream) Programs. We'll encourage customers to reach out to Direct Discount contractors for a formal review and proposal, and provide them with a leave-behind package of our program offerings. Please be responsive to customers who contact you about assessments.

Attention Distributors

Effectively immediately, all Midstream customer product requests exceeding the $1,800 rebate cap will be subject to a pre- and post-site verification.

Pre-Approval Reminder

All Direct Discount projects must receive pre-approval before beginning work on a project. Direct Discount projects started without pre-approval will be transferred to the Standard program.
