We hope you enjoyed your summer! Here are some program updates and reminders:

Distributor Instant Discount Program

Pre-approval required – As a reminder, projects receiving over an $1,800 rebate require pre-approval. These projects should be submitted as a single purchase.

Reminder: The Distributor Instant Discount Program is for retrofits only. New construction projects are not eligible but can be submitted through our Standard program.

Marketing Support – Is it time to refresh or add to your in-store and co-branded marketing materials? Promote the program and increase your sales by letting your customers know that your store proudly participates in the PPL Distributor Instant Discount program. Contact Bud Fogleman at bud.fogleman@clearesult.com for more information or complete and email him this order form.

Quality Assurance – We will have Project Auditors in the field to ensure that program guidelines are followed, lights are installed, and customers receive correct information. To help facilitate program success, please reach out to Bud Fugleman at bud.fogelman@clearesult.com with any questions regarding eligibility or training opportunities.

Online Portal launch Coming Soon – We’re excited to announce that a new online portal will be available to you in the first quarter of 2019. Stay tuned for details around training and implementation.

 

Direct Discount Program

Eligible Measures – as a reminder, the Direct Discount Program is for retrofit projects only. If you have a new construction project, it can be submitted through our Standard program.

Assessment Tool: New Release – Please be sure to use the most recent Direct Discount Assessment Tool on our website. Provide all pages of the Contractor Agreement when submitting. Don’t forget to print the scope of work from the printable report tab of the Assessment Tool and have it initialed by the customer and contractor.

Pre-approval letters – Note that pre-approval letters reflect estimated savings and incentives. Final incentive and savings are calculated during the final review after the project has been completed. The pre-approval letter must be received before construction can begin. If a project has been started prior to receiving the pre-approval letter, we will transition the project to our Standard program and pay at the $0.05/kWh rate.

Submission Reminders – all projects submitted through the Direct Discount Program must be submitted by and paid to the general or installing contractor. Administrative agencies or 3rd party vendors are not eligible to submit on behalf of the installing contractor.
